Day 1

Kilimanjaro International Airport to Arusha

Our safari guide will pick you up at either Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport and transfer you to your lodge in Arusha. You can relax at the lodge and prepare for the following day's adventure. Your overnight stay will also be at the lodge. Feel free to explore the city with our guide at no additional cost.

Day 2

Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Early in the morning, you will be picked up from the lodge and start a beautiful journey to Tarangire National Park while carrying lunch boxes.

Tarangire National Park is well-known for its large elephant herds and diversity of landscapes. The landscapes you will see include seasonal swamps and savanna, with the Tarangire River winding its way through the parklands. You may see lions stalking their prey and/ or leopards relaxing in the trees above. Once the game drives are complete, we will drive you to the lodge to relax, have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 3

Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, you will depart to Lake Manyara National Park for game drives while carrying lunch boxes. Once the game drives are complete, we will drive you to the lodge to relax, have dinner and stay overnight.

Lake Manyara National Park is famous for arboreal lions, which hide among the branches of trees, and the colonies of baboons that populate the forest. These baboons will accompany you along the road when you enter the park.

Day 4-5

Kartu to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, you will depart for Serengeti National Park for wildlife sighting. Then, enjoy lunch in a suitable place inside the park. We will continue the game drive activity in the afternoon before reaching the camp. The next day we will spend the whole day inside this park for game drives.

Serengeti is well-known for its great migrating herds of zebra, antelope, and wildebeest. However, be ready to see resident predators, such as leopards, cheetahs, and lions, fulfilling their role in the circle of life.

Day 6

Game Drives in Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, depart to Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a game drive inside Ngorongoro Crater while carrying lunch boxes. Once the game drives are complete, we will transfer you to your lodge for dinner and your overnight stay.

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area constitutes the world's largest uninterrupted caldera and one of Africa's natural wonders. Around 30,000 large mammals are resident all year round (such as buffaloes, lions, elephants, cheetahs, and rhinos), and various birds (such as flamingos, eagles, and buzzards). So be ready to see many animals in a short time.

Day 7

Visit to Lake Eyasi for a cultural experience

Once you have enjoyed your breakfast, our safari guide will drive you to Lake Eyasi, where you will meet the Hadzabe tribe. This tribe is famous for its hunting skills. You can go hunting with them and observe their skills firsthand.

After you visit the Hadzabe tribe, you will stop by another tribe, the Datoga tribe. This tribe is well-known for its skills as a blacksmith.

Furthermore, you can stretch your legs by walking around Lake Eyasi and visiting the local village.

After all these activities, you will be taken back to the lodge to relax, have dinner, and stay overnight.

Day 8

Arusha Airport to Zanzibar

After breakfast, relax at the lodge and, if time allows, take a short tour of Karatu town for shopping. From here, you will transfer to Arusha Airport for a flight to Zanzibar. Our driver in Zanzibar will be waiting for you at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (formerly known as Zanzibar International Airport) for a private transfer to your hotel in Stone Town.

Day 9

Stone Town tour and transfer to your beach hotel

After breakfast, we spend the day on a tour of Zanzibar's Stone Town with our local guide.

Admire the narrow streets lined with many residential houses that preserve their original Swahili-Omani themes with exquisitely carved doorways, metal studs, overhanging balconies, and latticed windows. Due to the colonial presence and the many mosques commissioned by the olden Sultans of Zanzibar, you will see continental churches. You will also visit other interesting destinations here. Finally, we will transfer you to your beach hotel.

Day 10-12

Relax on the Zanzibar beach

The following days are dedicated to relaxing on the beach and at the Smiles Beach Hotel. You get the chance to really enjoy the beach!

Discover Zanzibar's best beaches with spectacular sunsets, palm-fringed beaches, turquoise waters, and colorful coral reefs.

Day 13

Transfer to Zanzibar Airport

Enjoy the remaining hours of the tour before your departure from the resort to Zanzibar Airport. Here our tour ends.

On the way back to Zanzibar Airport, you can stop at Zanzibar Stone Town and buy some souvenirs.
