After a memorable game drive, you'll catch a flight from Seronera Airstrip in the Serengeti, with a direct connection back to Zanzibar to conclude your safari experience.

Day By Day

Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Tarangire National Park

1. Arrival: Upon arrival at Arusha Airport, our driver will greet you and transfer you directly to Tarangire National Park.
2. Activities: Begin your safari with an exciting game drive in Tarangire, renowned for its stunning baobab trees and large elephant herds. You'll have the opportunity to observe a variety of wildlife including wild cats, a diverse range of bird species, and other animals congregating around the Tarangire River.
3. Lunch: A packed lunch will be provided during your game drive, allowing you to enjoy your meal amidst the park’s natural beauty.
4. Accommodation: After your game drive, you'll head to Ngorongoro Marera Mountain View Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. This lodge offers comfortable accommodations with scenic views.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Exploration and Transfer to Serengeti

1. Morning: After breakfast, travel to the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is a vast caldera home to around 30,000 animals. Expect to see black rhinos, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, and elephants. The crater also hosts predators such as lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and leopards.
2. Lunch: Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater, taking in the breathtaking landscape while you eat.
3. Afternoon: Continue exploring the crater before departing for Serengeti National Park.
4. Accommodation: Arrive at Into Wild Africa Tented Camp in the Serengeti for dinner and an overnight stay. This camp provides an authentic safari experience with comfortable tented accommodations.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park Safari

1. Morning: Start your day early with a game drive in Serengeti National Park. Serengeti, known for its endless plains and rich wildlife, offers excellent opportunities to view big cats, giraffes, zebras, and many more species.
2. Lunch: Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park, providing a chance to relax and take in the surrounding wilderness.
3. Afternoon: Continue with additional game drives. Serengeti’s diverse habitats provide opportunities to spot different animal species and witness their natural behaviors.
4. Evening: End your day with a sunset game drive, offering a unique perspective of the park as the day winds down.
5. Accommodation: Return to Into Wild Africa Tented Camp for dinner and another night’s stay.

Day 4: Serengeti to Zanzibar

1. Morning: Enjoy a hearty English breakfast before embarking on your final game drive at 7 am. Serengeti’s early morning light provides excellent conditions for wildlife viewing, including opportunities to see predators in action.
2. Departure: After your game drive, head to Seronera Airstrip for your flight back to Zanzibar. The flight departs around 11 am, concluding your safari adventure.
